关于进口塞尔维亚甜菜粕检验检疫要求的公告

根据我国相关法律法规和《中华人民共和国海关总署与塞尔维亚共和国农业、林业和水管理部关于塞尔维亚甜菜粕输华卫生与植物卫生要求议定书》规定，自本公告发布之日起，允许符合相关要求的塞尔维亚甜菜粕进口。现将具体检验检疫要求予以公布（见附件）。

According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the protocol between the General Administration of China Customs and the Ministry of agriculture, forestry and water administration of the Republic of Serbia on sanitary and phytosanitary requirements for the export of beet meal from Serbia to China, the Pellet Beet Pulp from Serbia meeting the relevant requirements shall be allowed to be imported from the date of this announcement. The specific inspection and quarantine requirements are hereby promulgated (see Annex).
