关于进口保加利亚烟叶植物检疫要求的公告

根据我国相关法律法规和《中华人民共和国海关总署与保加利亚共和国农业、食品和林业部关于保加利亚烟叶输华植物检疫要求的议定书》规定，自本公告发布之日起，允许符合相关要求的保加利亚烟叶进口。现将进口保加利亚烟叶植物检疫要求予以公布（见附件）。

According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the protocol between the General Administration of China Customs and the Ministry of agriculture, food and forestry of the Republic of Bulgaria on the plant quarantine requirements of Bulgarian tobacco leaves exported to China, as of the date of this announcement, the import of Bulgarian tobacco leaves meeting the relevant requirements is allowed. The plant quarantine requirements for imported Bulgarian tobacco leaves are hereby promulgated (see Annex).
It is hereby announced.
