哈萨克斯坦共和国海关成立于1991年12月12日，设立之初由总统直管。后历经多次机构变化，起初为哈萨克斯坦共和国海关委员会，直属部长会议主席。之后改为哈萨克斯坦共和国国家收入部海关委员会，为国家收入部的一个内设局。此后改为哈萨克斯坦共和国海关总署，直接隶属总统管辖。2006年根据哈国总统令，改为哈萨克斯坦共和国财政部海关监管委员会，隶属于国家财政部。2014年10月，根据哈总统令，哈财政部海关监管委员会和税务委员会合并成立哈财政部国家收入委员会，目前，哈财政部下属有6个委员会。
哈财政部国家收入委员会现任主席为坚戈巴耶夫，副主席阿姆林为国家收入委员会副主席，分管海关工作。委员会主席的行政级别为副部级，由财政部长任免。目前，委员设有1个主席4个副主席。
The customs of the Republic of Kazakhstan was established on December 12, 1991, under the direct control of the president. In 2006, according to the decree of the president of Kazakhstan, it was changed into the Customs Supervision Committee of the Ministry of finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which is subordinate to the Ministry of finance. In October 2014, according to the decree of the president of Kazakhstan, the customs supervision committee and Tax Committee of the Ministry of finance of Kazakhstan merged to establish the national revenue Committee of the Ministry of finance of Kazakhstan. At present, there are six committees under the Ministry of finance of Kazakhstan.
The current chairman of the national revenue Committee of the Ministry of finance of Kazakhstan is tengobayev, and vice chairman amrin is vice chairman of the national revenue Committee, in charge of customs work. The executive level of the chairman of the committee is at the level of vice minister, who is appointed or removed by the Minister of finance. At present, the Committee has a chairman and four vice chairmen.
