关于与泰国、毛里求斯互认自助打印优惠原产地

海关总署公告2021年第43号
为进一步优化口岸营商环境，促进跨境贸易便利化，海关总署决定自2021年7月1日起，增加输泰国的《中华人民共和国与东南亚国家联盟全面经济合作框架协议》项下原产地证书以及《中华人民共和国政府和毛里求斯共和国政府自由贸易协定》项下原产地证书为可自助打印证书。其他事项按海关总署2019年第77号公告执行。

In order to further optimize the business environment at ports and promote cross-border trade facilitation, the General Administration of Customs has decided to start from July 1, 2021, The certificate of origin under the "framework agreement on comprehensive economic cooperation between the people's Republic of China and the association of Southeast Asian Nations" and the certificate of origin under the "free trade agreement between the government of the people's Republic of China and the government of the Republic of Mauritius" exported to Thailand will be added as self printable certificates. Other matters shall be implemented in accordance with Announcement No. 77 of the General Administration of Customs in 2019.
