关于进口老挝新鲜豆类检验检疫要求的公告

根据我国相关法律法规和《中华人民共和国海关总署与老挝人民民主共和国农林部关于老挝新鲜豆类输华检验检疫要求议定书》规定，允许自本公告发布之日起生产的、符合检验检疫要求的老挝新鲜毛豆、菜豆和豇豆等新鲜豆类进口。现将进口老挝新鲜豆类检验检疫要求予以公布（详见附件）。

According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the people's Republic of China and the Ministry of agriculture and forestry of the Lao People's Democratic Republic on the inspection and quarantine requirements for the export of Lao fresh beans to China, it is allowed to import Lao fresh soybeans, kidney beans and cowpeas produced from the date of this announcement and meeting the inspection and quarantine requirements. The inspection and quarantine requirements for imported fresh beans from Laos are hereby promulgated.
