　　根据我国相关法律法规和《中华人民共和国海关总署与蒙古国国家技术监督总局关于蒙古国面粉输华检验检疫要求议定书》规定，允许自本公告发布之日起生产的、符合检验检疫要求的蒙古面粉进口。现将进口蒙古面粉检验检疫要求予以公布（见附件）。

According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the protocol between the General Administration of Customs of China and the General Administration of technical supervision of Mongolia on the inspection and quarantine requirements of Mongolian flour exported to China, Mongolian flour produced from the date of this announcement and meeting the inspection and quarantine requirements is allowed to be imported. The inspection and quarantine requirements for imported Mongolian flour are hereby promulgated (see Annex).

蒙古输华面粉不得带有下列检疫性有害生物：
斑皮蠹属（非中国种）Trogoderma spp. (Non-Chinese species）
小麦矮腥黑穗病菌Tilletia controversa Kühn
小麦印度腥黑穗病菌Tilletia indica Mitra。
