特殊物品海关商品编号和检验检疫名称对应表

为筑牢口岸检疫防线，保障我国生物安全，根据《中华人民共和国国境卫生检疫法》及其实施细则规定和《中华人民共和国进出口税则（2020）》，海关总署制定了《特殊物品海关商品编号和检验检疫名称对应表》（见附件），现予以公布。
未列入对应表的出入境特殊物品根据归类相关原则进行归类申报。
本公告自2020年4月1日起实施。

Announcement No.46 of the General Administration of Customs in 2020
In order to strengthen the frontier quarantine defense line at ports and ensure China's biosafety, in accordance with the frontier Health and Quarantine Law of the P.R China and its implementation rules and the import and export tariff of the P.R China (2020), the General Administration of Customs has formulated the corresponding table of customs commodity numbers and inspection & quarantine names of special goods(see the annex), which is hereby promulgated.
The entry-exit special goods not listed in the corresponding table shall be classified and declared according to the relevant principles of classification.
This announcement will come into effect on April 1, 2020.
